Job Overview:
Reporting to Business Development Director, the Business Development Analyst you will be responsible for executing on sales initiatives, which focus on maximizing the growth and profitability of PAC.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree from a Canadian university is required
- Professional designation, or the pursuit of one, is considered an asset
- Previous business to business sales experience is required
- Great personality and work ethic
- Understanding of financial concepts and energy is considered an asset
- Ability to present complex financial scenarios, or be trained to do so
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and implement a sales long-term plan to maintain increased revenue growth, with emphasis on diversifying clientele
- Execute on strategic plan of the Company
- Create, populate, and manage the engagement data rooms
- Actively participate in sales meetings to ensure timely engagement coordination
- Review and assess financial statements
- Works as a liaison between the client and the executive team
- Work closely with executive team to prioritize business needs or opportunities
- Direct the development of relationships and engagement of customers through the sales process
- Ensure the growth in capability and capacity in alignment with the growth requirements of the business through coaching, mentoring, sales training and the integration of organically developed service lines
- Work with the executive team with sales updates, forecasts and sales strategy
- Provide sales weekly sales report, accurate population of LeadTracker and complete Sales Lead Sheet each day
- Cold calling and meeting with prospects, leads, and clients
- Execute on strategic marketing plan of the Company
