OUR VALUES |
|
In 2010, Prairie's management attended an event held at Boundary Ranch located in Kananaskis Country. The business summit featured Jim Owen, author of Cowboy Ethics: What Wall Street Can Learn From the Code of the West, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Owen's successfully transcended his presentation on business ethics and outlined a simple, yet relatable, framework (Cowboy Ethics) that aligned with the core values of our management and our firm.
Prairie was founded on the principals of maintaining impeccable professional integrity while executing on our corporate strategic plan. The company-wide initiative to adopt and abide by the Cowboy Ethics has transformed the manner in which Prairie relates to its stakeholders (Clients and Employees), conducts business, and executes on mandates.
